Return & Refund Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE

 

  • 30 DAYS RETURN
  •  

  • Reasons and Eligible Requests:
  • If you would like to return an item, you must notify HAPPY CLOTHING at support@happyclothingvn.com and follow our return instructions as soon as you decide to request a return. The return process must be fully exercised within 30 days from the receipt date (as shown in your original order’s tracking details) to the date that we receive your returned item(s) at our Fulfillment Center. 

    We will gladly proceed with your return requests for the following reasons:

    • An item Doesn’t fit your body (1)
    • You received an incorrect item (2); 
    • Faulty Item (3); 
    • Damaged Parcel (4)
    • Or you encounter others (please specify) (5)

    We accept only one return per order; and return it to our designated address stated in the return request approval email.

    Certain products are non-returnable (sales items shown with a crossed-out original price; customized items; gift items; gift cards).   

    Your request must include an unboxing video and photos of all items, as this helps to expedite  your return process.

    Submit your return request within 5 days from the date of the order's being delivered to you (as shown in your order’s tracking details). To prevent any breach of our policy and ensure fair use, we will have to reject your request after these 5 days.

     

  • Original Condition
    • Returning items with their original tags attached.
    • Returning items are not damaged; actually worn; washed; or in an unsuitable condition (stained or uncleanable, dirt, etc.).

    Hygiene and our customers’ safety are super important, so all items are inspected upon its arrival and returned.

    Certain items cannot be returned (Sales items shown with crossed-out original price; Customized items; Gift items; Gift Cards) or would be rejected if they are not in their original condition, we will not approve your return request or require your payment for re-send shipping fee and none of this affects your statutory rights.

     

  • Responsibility
  • The customer is in charge of the return shipping fee(including any additional fee).

     

    We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we are able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like them returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost

    *Please be aware that all unidentified returning Item(s) will be at HAPPY CLOTHINGS’s disposal after 30 days from the date of returning arrival*

     

  • Fair use
  • If we notice an unusual pattern or returns activity that doesn't comply with our Return Policy or returning item(s) are different from the original return requests or the items returned don't match what you had ordered, then we might have to decline your parcel

    Under certain circumstances, we might have to deactivate your account and any associated accounts to prevent repeat unrightful actions and ensure fairness among our customers.

  • Back to Sender / Returned to Sender
  • Under certain circumstances, your order is undelivered and sent back (Returned to the sender) for the following reasons:

    • Cannot contact recipient
    • Incorrect recipient information
    • Unpaid Import Duties & Customs
    • Refused Delivery

     

    Most of the time, we will try our best to work this out with you and provide you with the most appropriate support that complies with our policy. Depending on each particular case, you might have to pay a re-shipping fee and/or import duties and customs. We will contact you once we are notified about the above issue and provide you with relevant instructions.

     

    *Please be aware that all Back to Sender / Returned to Sender Items will be at HAPPY CLOTHINGS’s  disposal after 30 days from the date of returning arrival*

     

    EXCHANGE

     

  • Return & Re-Ordering
    • Refunds for (1) (reasons for return) are only issued in Store Credits / Loyalty Points for re-ordering; only when we receive your returning item(s) and implement a Quality Control at our Fulfillment Center.
    • Return Requests of (2) or (3) (reason for return) are entitled to a refund of original payment and return shipping fee. The refund will be issued only when we receive your returning item(s) at our Fulfillment Center.
    • If your returning item(s) is received at our Fulfillment Center within 30 days from the date of the order being delivered to you (as shown in your original order’s tracking details) we will issue a refund which excludes the original shipping fee of your order since it had already been delivered to you first hand.
    • Any returning item(s) received at our Fulfillment Center after this 45 days period will be rejected and will not be refunded. It shall be returned to you and you are responsible for the cost of send-back shipping.

     

    Delivery costs will be refunded in the following circumstances:

    • If you return a faulty/incorrect item;
    • If we cancel your order due to stock availability;
  • Cancellation & Refund
  • Most of our products are designed and Made-to-Order and We always try our best to provide you with the most accurate service; comply with our terms, so all cancellation requests cannot be made once your order has been confirmed! However, we will assist you to cancel your order if:

    • Your order is confirmed but one of the items is Sold Out. We offer a refund to the original Payment for service assurance OR you can request for a refund by way of Store Credits / Loyalty Points for future orders.
    • Your order is completed but you received an Incorrect Item / Faulty Item (kindly also refer to our return policy)
    • Your order is canceled by us due to unexpected reasons.

    Invalid Address

    Invalid Card Owner Identity

    Missed Delivery (excluding the original shipping fee)

    Back-to-sender / Returned-to-sender orders (excluding the original shipping fee)

    *We only offer refund by way of Store Credits in the above cases*

     

    We will contact you as soon as the above issues arise or do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@happyclothings.com if you would need assistance in regard to the above issues.

     

    In case you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@happyclothings.com as soon as possible after the order is placed and we will try our best to assist you

    • Remove duplicate item
    • Increase an item’s quantity
    • Change your shipping address
    • Change your email address
    • Customize an item (extra fee might be applied)
    • Change your size
    • Upgrade shipping (If you already have a plan and need to expedite shipping)

     

    *In case your order has been processed, your request for changes will not be applicable*

     

  • Refund Process
  • Once we confirm the refund solution with you, your refund will be processed within the next 7-15 working days so we would highly recommend you not to open a dispute in regard to your refund as it will complicate the process. We understand the process takes time but we always try our best to ensure your rights while maintaining our Standard Operation Procedure.
